A 20 bed skilled nursing facility for patients recovering from orthopedic surgery in the adjacent Marshfield Clinic ambulatory surgery center.  The patient centered focus can be seen as the patient has control of the room lighting and room window shades via the nurse call system controls at bedside.  The basement will is slated to provide additional staff offices and exam space for Marshfield Clinic.
